– Preparation and brief.

– Concept design.

– Developed design. (planning permission).

– Construction. (contract administration).

– Handover and close out.

– In use.

As an RIBA Chartered Practice we are able to offer a continuing service throughout the life of buildings to reduce energy usage and improve the way the buildings work for your business by using the latest BIM software that we use. It a traditional part of the architect’s standard service that has been neglected and was a common offering up to the early 1980s. As a qualified conservation architect working with existing buildings is part of my professional skillset. Would that be a service that would be of interest to any of my connections in their workplace? If it would please contact me at john@kreativarchitect.co.uk / 01536522586
